Arrived to find we had had one of our rooms upgraded! Rooms very comfortable with flat screen T.V.’s, tea/coffee making facilities, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel etc provided. Bed soooooo comfortable with crisp (but soft) sheets, I had to have an afternoon siesta. Complimentary home made cake available to have with your afternoon tea, and fresh milk as well rather than those horrible UHT carton thingy’s. Front bedrooms not for those who can’t sleep with road noise, didn’t bother us.
Bed, sheets, cake, fresh milk, lovely breakfast and central location within The Kemp Town area. Host very welcoming. With our son starting at BIMM in September, we will definitely be back to stay.
