This lovely B&B is located very close to Brighton sea front in Kemp Town, a bohemian part of the city full of small shops, coffees and bars. The welcome was warm, with a quick but efficient guide to all of the amenities, we were shown to our room with all the courtesy of a top class guesthouse. The room was immaculate with incredible attention to detail. The service was fantastic and very personal without feeling forced or overwhelming.
