Enjoyed our stay so much back in July last year that the Sea Breeze was our first choice once again when returning to Brighton last week. Me and my partner cannot fault it and would recommend it to anyone. Karl and Adri go above and beyond any other B&B we have stayed in and they are truly lovely and welcoming people who deserve their little gem of a place to be praised and awarded highly!!

This lovely B&B is located very close to Brighton sea front in Kemp Town, a bohemian part of the city full of small shops, coffees and bars. It’s in walking distance from the train station and very close to Brighton centre. I didn’t know the Sea Breeze before. I booked it based on the excellent customer reviews – there are all true: lovely place with great breakfast and atmosphere.

- Just a little pricey when we were looking at it, but we splurged because of the weekend that was in it and because of the favourable reviews. Would still recommend a stay here!!

Really lovely, clean B&B in a great location. The service was really excellent, with attention to the little details that make such a difference. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants an easy and enjoyable stay in Brighton!

We attended a friend’s wedding in Brighton last weekend and stayed 1 night at the Sea Breeze. What a lovely, friendly, comfy & stylish place to stay. We arrived early afternoon and explained to Karl that we needed to get changed to be at the wedding for 2pm, and he immediately sorted out getting our room ready earlier for us – by the time we parked our car & got back a few minutes later, our room was ready!! Then, a knock on our door & Karl presented us with a bottle of bubbly on the house to quaff while we were getting ready!! The room was beautiful & had everything we needed, and most importantly an ultra comfy bed – we both slept like babies!! Breakfast the next morning was delicious (sausage, bacon, tomatoes, egg, toast, beans, cereals, pastries… all freshly cooked & really good quality). We loved the Sea Breeze & can’t recommend it highly enough. We’ll definitely be back, Thanks Karl & Adri

After much research, I chose to stay at Sea Breeze for my first trip to Brighton. After a twenty minute walk from the train station, I arrived and checked in. The B&B is situated a block or so from the sea, and I was thrilled to have a sea view from my window. I stayed in the Platinum room, which features a huge and comfortable bed, with fluffy white duvet and pillows. It was akin to sleeping on a marshmallow and was utterly delicious. The room also featured Apple TV, and all of the amenities you could possibly need. I had a vegetarian style full English breakfast, and it was cooked to perfection. Best poached eggs I’ve ever had.

Adri was a fabulous host, and truly went above and beyond when I unfortunately fell ill during the trip (sadly missing out on all Brighton had to offer!) I will definitely be back, and look forward to staying at the Sea Breeze again.

I have to say, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed mid-week, in the Platinum room.

My other half booked this room, and all communication was prompt and helpful – despite the fact we missed our train and were going to be arriving late, the owner was so lovely and helpful.

The entire place looks spick and span, very well kept, furnished and decorated. Our room was (almost) perfect – the only slight issue was the bathroom door was swollen, so you couldn’t close it if you needed to. Otherwise, every detail was well thought out and executed: the bed was HUGE and so comfy, the decor was very tasteful, the assortment of teas and coffees in the room – even the provision of wine glasses/fridge/decent hairdryer/excellent wifi! I could go on! The bathroom, despite the petulant door, was also in excellent condition – very clean, and again, with excellent provisions.

It should be noted that there is quite a busy road, which seems to be a bus route – some people might find it a little noisy, but for us it wasn’t a problem at all.

Breakfast the following morning was delicious; lovely thick cut bacon and tasty eggs, with lots of toast and a huge pot of tea! Juice, cereal, jams and yoghurts were also available.

All in all, a real gem of a place and I can’t wait to go back.

Our 2nd stay at Sea Breeze (first was in 2007) and loved it even more this time!
Stayed in the Platinum room which is lovely with a massive 7foot wide bed, nice shower and lcd tv. Owners are nice and the breakfast is the best – freshly cooked and plentiful. Got a good deal (in my opinion) as we stayed into a Monday, so the tarif was cheaper than Fri/Sat prices.
