My wife and I stayed four nights, mid week, at Sea Breeze for a birthday treat and short break.
The room was very clean and well appointed. The room was very comfortable indeed with many little extras not normally found even in a 4 star B&Bs (Sea Breeze has an additional silver award and rightly so).
Breakfast exceeding good, wide choice, veggies also catered for. Very clean, all staff friendly and helpful.
Good location, about 7-10 mins walk to center, Palace, pier, tourist buses, Lanes etc.
